Gail has worked in the field of Hearing Conservation for over eight years with much success assisting those in need.  Some of her specialties range from audiometric testing, training, consulting and sound assessments, to sales and servicing Hearing Conservation Programs to fit specific needs. 

Born with a hearing loss, Gail has a desire to assist in the reduction of noise related losses to reduce or eliminate the effects of damage to the ear.

In 2010, Gail began the long quest to complete her doctrine in the field of Audiology.  She is hopeful to graduate in 2015.  Her future plans include incorporating the manufacturing and selling of molded hearing protection and dispensing hearing aids and devices into the business. 

Her programs will remain cost effective for the general public as well as the industry.  Stay tuned for more progress as the time goes by.

An Audiologist is the most qualified individual to effectively oversee your workplace OSHA/MSHA Hearing Conservation Program.  James C. Lombardo, MS, CCC-A; an Industrial Audiologist and owner of Lombardo Noise Management, LLC; has the depth of understanding and breadth of experience to maintain both cost and time effectiveness balance to meet the employers needs. 

As an Audiologist with over 30 years experience working with noise related issues, Jim is available to come onsite to provide review of your hearing conservation program as well as recordkeeping duties, with cost effectiveness in mind.  Jim is nationally recognized in the football industry as an icon in providing hearing protection for the players.   Jim has the ability to differentiate work based noise from recreational exposure or other conditions. 

Jim oversees the industrial issues.  Reviewing binders, Audiological consulting, training, and sound assessments.
